Commercial New Construction — Morris Square

Location: Downtown Charleston
The Morris Square Project, an entire city block in Downtown Charleston, is a new mixed use development including 16 buildings, a corner piazza and a public park. The 16 buildings consist of 9 single family homes, 16 town homes, 7 residential condominiums and 1900 square feet of commercial/retail space on either side of the corner piazza. Currently, two of the single family homes are complete and two are in the final finishing stages. All of the town homes are well underway with the majority of the framing complete. The foundation work is in progress for the two condominium buildings. The estimated completion date is set for Fall of 2006.
