The developer with care and respect for the existing green space and grand trees situated these two Class A office buildings to have a campus appeal. Located in the center of Mount Pleasant, the buildings will be complete in the late summer of 2007. The lot is long and narrow, so the building design had to accommodate this as well as the existing Grand Live Oaks that must be preserved. A portion of the 7600 square foot front building is being constructed in a �U� shape to accommodate an existing Grand Live Oak tree. This main building will have leased office space on the first, second and third floors. The smaller 1350 square foot back building will house leased office space as well. The exterior of both buildings will be constructed of brick and hardiplank as well as a standing seamed metal roof.
