3314 Maybank Highway underwent a complete transformation from a church to a doctor's office. The existing structure was completely gutted to make way for a new addition and massive interior renovation. The work included gutting and removing the exterior and interior finishes, changing the roofline and design, and adding an addition to the front of the building. Exam rooms and a handicap restroom facility were also constructed. We were able to cut costs by using recycled concrete on the exterior parking lot.
