Commercial Renovation — Earthling Day Spa

Earthling Day Spa, is a full scale spa, complete with hydrotherapy rooms, Pilates classes and a retail store. Prior to the renovation, the building was home to the Roxy Theater.
Converting the theater consisted of gutting the existing structure, an interior upfit and new utilities. All interior finishes from the previous theater were removed and custom cabinetry, hand crafted from Bamboo materials were installed. Treatment areas with upscale locker rooms and showers were constructed and specialized mechanical plumbing systems were installed for the hydrotherapy rooms. A major challenge in this project was the construction of the fountain, which serves as the main center piece in the lobby.
