Commercial Renovation — Prudential Carolina Real Estate

Location: 3040 Highway 17N, Mt. Pleasant, SC
The Prudential Real Estate Office building located on Highway 17N recently underwent a commercial renovation. An enclosed breezeway was designed and built to connect the two office buildings, allowing for more efficient ingress and egress. The main entrance of the building was also reconfigured to join the two existing spaces. The interior office layout was reworked to include three private office spaces equipped with phones and laptop stations. In addition, the cubical space was reworked to allow more room for Prudential's employees. The office of the broker-in charge was also enlarged and includes custom designed built-in cabinetry.
