Chastain Construction is excited to share the successful completion of an office expansion and interior upfit project at Sylvatica Biotech, North Charleston. Our team has done an exceptional job renovating a state-of-the-art 8471-square-foot space with micro offices, a health and wellness room, a conference room, and much more.

The scope of this project included a range of services, from selective demolition to concrete cutting and patching, architectural millwork, cabinets, casework, and counters, new walls and partitions, doors, frames, and hardware, a new storefront entry, movable partition wall, acoustical ceiling, flooring, interior paint, and plumbing modifications and fixtures, sprinkler system and HVAC modifications, electrical and lighting, and fire alarm.
