Exterior courtyard refresh with new plantings, mulch, flowerbeds, turf, string lighting, cornhole sets, electrical work, and linear drains. The interior renovation included new millwork, kitchen casework and finishes, paint, flooring, new bathroom sinks, vanities, and accessories, Miracle Method applied to tile flooring, door and frame repairing/replacing, window blinds, and related plumbing and electrical.
