Chastain Construction recently completed an interior renovation project at the Charleston Federal Courthouse located at 85 Broad Street. The interior renovation included the courtrooms, offices, lobbies, and bathrooms. The renovation involved demolition, casework, countertops, interior architectural millwork, doors and hardware installation, drywall, acoustical tile ceilings, flooring, fresh paint, new wallpaper, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, lighting, and electrical work.
