Chastain Construction is proud to have renovated the new 4Ever Young Med Spa, located within a commercial building at Mount Pleasant Towne Centre. This 1,690 SF project involved a comprehensive tenant improvement to transform the retail space into a modern and inviting med spa.

The scope of work included:

• Selective demolition and concrete cutting to prepare the space for renovation
• Installation of new flooring and walls
• Acoustical ceilings and elegant crown molding enhance the aesthetic
• New doors, frames, and hardware for functionality and style
• Complete framing and drywall installation
• High-quality casework and counters
• Upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
