Tenant fit-up renovation of approximately 2,694 SF of interior space for a veterinary clinic. Key work included removing flooring and walls, installing new under-slab piping, installing new interior walls, ceilings, flooring, and finishes, and upgrading plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and fire alarms.
This facility will provide urgent pet care when your primary vet is unavailable. At Chastain Construction, we love our pets and are thrilled to contribute to this new addition in pet care for the Charleston area!
