Lobby Renovation at the Basic Science Building Medical University of South Carolina

Chastain Construction is excited to announce the successful completion of a stunning lobby renovation at the Basic Science Building of the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). This project, which spans 980 square feet in the East Lobby, has transformed the space into a modern, functional, and visually appealing environment. The renovation included the installation of acoustical panels to enhance sound quality and reduce noise, a new finished ceiling, fresh paint, and updated lighting. Additionally, upgrades were made to the mechanical and electrical systems to optimize building functionality. Elegant new terrazzo tile flooring and exterior walk-off mats were also installed for improved durability and cleanliness. We are thrilled with the outcome of this project and are grateful for the opportunity to enhance such an important facility at MUSC.
